There were 323 listings, of which 214 were single-family homes, 105 were vacant lots, two were manufactured/mobile homes, and there was one condo and one townhome. Of the 323, 95 were new-construction single-family homes, and there were no foreclosures. The rest of this article will focus on the 218 listings with actual “homes” to live in.

As a result, it’s the top suburb of Baton Rouge for zero crime, excellent public schools, safe and friendly neighborhoods, high diversity, good jobs, and good nightlife.
